Music Maze is an exciting series of fun, creative, participatory workshops for children age 8 – 11 inclusive. There will be eight workshops from September 2015 to June 2016. Most of the workshops take place at the CBSO Centre and are led by composer Liz Johnson and the BCMG Learning Team alongside BCMG musicians. Most workshops are linked to performances by BCMG.
October’s Family Music Maze is part of the nationwide Family Arts Festival. Young people are encouraged to bring an adult family member or carer to take part alongside them. Participants will create music together based around The Comedy of Change by Julian Anderson.
Please note that the venue for this workshop will be mac birmingham.
Young people and adults do not need to play a musical instrument to take part.
Places are free but must be booked in advance.
