Visiting CBSO Centre

About CBSO Centre

CBSO Centre is situated at the heart of Birmingham’s cultural quarter, close to Symphony Hall, Brindleyplace and Centenary Square.

It is a welcoming, 300-seater venue with a brilliant acoustic. It is home to Birmingham Contemporary Music Group’s office, its learning programme and its concert season which also includes concerts by BEAST.

BCMG’s sister organisation, the City of Birmingham Symphony Orchestra, also has its offices here and uses the hall as a rehearsal space and concert venue for chamber works.

The CBSO Centre is equipped with adapted toilet facilities, key signposting in Braille and the hall is fitted with an infra-red amplification system (receivers are available on request).

Limited free parking can be arranged on request.

A wheelchair user and companion are both admitted to concerts for the cost of one ticket.
